How do I get my tapes to you?
Whatever suits you best. We offer free local pickup across Cambridge, or you're welcome to drop your media off at the studio when we're available — just get in touch and we'll arrange a convenient time.
Are my original tapes safe with you?
Absolutely. Your originals are handled with care, stored safely, and returned to you along with your digital files. We treat every tape as if it were our own family memories.
What format will my digital files be in?
Video is delivered as MP4 files — compatible with every device and platform. Audio as MP3. Photos as high-resolution JPEGs. All delivered via Google Drive (free), USB stick, or DVD.
